Royal Palm Beach doors are 1960s and 1970s frames on the canal streets that have taken fifty wet seasons, builder sliders and garage-to-house doors in Crestwood and Saratoga Pines, and the original impact doors in Madison Green and Victoria Grove now twenty years in. Jamb feet rot at the slab, rollers flatten, the self-closer on the garage door gives up, multipoint locks stop catching. We rebuild the frame, replace the rollers and the hardware, and rehang the door so it latches with one hand.

THE LISTALL DONEEvery one of these is a regular Royal Palm Beach morning for a Kaminskiy-certified technician from our West Palm Beach office. One list, one call.

We answer in under three rings and get you priced and scheduled in minutes.

A clear, written quote with upfront pricing. You approve before work begins.

Kaminskiy-certified pros finish the job with a workmanship warranty.
Every job is backed in writing by our workmanship warranty and done by a Kaminskiy-certified, background checked technician.
Block homes from the 1960s and 1970s on canal lots with original fascia, door frames, patio covers and wood fences, and mostly no association. Beam ends go soft, fascia rots behind fifty-year-old gutters, the posts and boards on the canal stay wet, and the village code will cite a leaning or rotted fence. We splice the beams, rebuild the fascia, reset the posts on standoffs and photograph the finished work for the notice.
Family homes from the 1980s and 1990s with pools, builder sliders, pop-out sills and garage jambs on the slab. The west sun splits the paint, the rain gets in behind it, rollers flatten, the garage-to-house door stops closing on its own, and the sprinkler feeds the jamb bottoms to the termites. We replace the rollers and the closer, rebuild the jambs and sills and turn the water away.
Gated streets from the 2000s on with foam trim, impact doors and an architectural committee. Settled frames, tired slider wheels, worn multipoint locks and the few wood pieces left, a clad window, a pergola, an outdoor kitchen. We fix what the committee does not need to hear about and write up the dimensions, color and approval number for what it does.
Age on the east side, sun on the west walls, water everywhere. The original village has taken fifty rainy summers on its patio covers and fascia, the canal lots keep the ground wet year round, and the afternoon sun off the open western sky splits paint and caulk faster than near the coast. Small jobs, steadily, and cheaper caught early.
Doors, closers, drywall, trim, patio covers, fences, decks, rot, caulk and the small list are ours. Electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and roofing are licensed trades in Florida and a beam that carries a roof is an engineer's call, so we name them on the call and tell you who to call. The licensed pest company treats the termites; we rebuild what they ate.
Describe the job or text a photo and most Royal Palm Beach repairs are priced on the call, in writing, before anything goes on the calendar. A patio cover beam, a rebuilt frame or a bath refresh gets a look first and a written scope. You approve, then we start.
Royal Palm Beach writes its standards into the code: a wood fence may not lean, sag or keep rotten wood and has to be painted, and peeling, rotted trim on the street side draws the same kind of letter. The fix is ordinary handyman work, cut out, rebuild, prime and paint, and we photograph the finished repair so you have what you need to close the notice. Send us the letter and the price comes back from it.
The sticking door, the drywall hole, the gate that drags. Call or text it over and we price it on the call, in writing.
Hinges, strikes, weatherstrip, anchors, compound, fasteners and the common parts ride on the truck, so one visit usually clears the list.
Anything that needs opening a wall, rebuilding a frame or matching a finish gets a look and a written price before we start.
We tidy up, walk you through what was done, and the one-year workmanship warranty is in writing.
Florida has no handyman license; it licenses contractors. Anyone paid to repair or improve a structure is a contractor under state law, casual minor work under a set small amount is exempt, and structural work, roofing, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical are reserved for state-licensed contractors, with the county certifying the specialty trades. Kaminskiy Care and Repair is bonded and insured, its technicians Kaminskiy-certified and background checked; we do the carpentry, doors, drywall, patio covers, fences, rot and finish work and send the licensed trades to the right license.
Royal Palm Beach says plainly that most work on a house needs a village building permit. The code it enforces leaves room for an ordinary minor repair done with the building official's okay and no permit, with a hard stop at any wall, structural beam or load-bearing support, and paint is always free of it. We did not find a village handout on small repairs, so for a bigger job we put the question to Community Development first rather than guess. The village has a request form for the 2026 state exemption, but the form rules out structural work and flood hazard property, and the county holds the whole county is one, so nothing here promises it.
Madison Green, Victoria Grove and most of the newer neighborhoods run door and exterior changes past an architectural committee; fixing what you have is not a change, replacing it is, and we write up the dimensions, color, glass and approval number the committee asks for. From June to November a replacement exterior door needs a permit and a Florida or Miami-Dade product approval, with any glass impact-rated or behind an approved shutter, and a big-box door without that approval will not pass, so we check the approval and the size before you order.

Call 561-220-5884Our office on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard is about twenty minutes east. We answer in under three rings, price most repairs on the call and usually have a technician at the house within days.
Tell us the list or text a photo and the price comes back in writing before anything is scheduled; there is no mystery fee at the door. A patio cover beam, a rebuilt frame or a bathroom item gets a look first and a written scope.
Usually. The garage door closer, the slider rollers, the screens, the shelving and the drywall cracks go on one list, and one Kaminskiy-certified technician with a stocked truck works through it. Special-order parts get scheduled before we leave.
Carpentry, doors, drywall, patio covers, fences, decks, rot and finish work, yes, and Kaminskiy Care and Repair is bonded and insured with Kaminskiy-certified technicians. Electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, roofing and structural work are reserved for state-licensed contractors, and we tell you who to call for those.
The village says most work needs a permit, and the code it enforces still lets an ordinary minor repair go ahead with the building official's okay and none, with painting always outside it. A replacement exterior door, a new patio cover or a rebuild into framing is permitted work, and we put the question to the village before a bigger job rather than guess.
Yes. The leaning or rotted fence section, the peeling fascia or trim is cut out, rebuilt, primed and painted both sides to the village standard, and we photograph the finished work so you can close the notice. Send the letter with the address and we price the repairs from it.
