Jupiter doors face the water: sliders and French doors to the river and the Intracoastal with salt-pitted hardware and rollers ground flat by sand, 1970s frames in Jupiter Heights the termites found, heavy impact doors in Abacoa and Jupiter Country Club that have sagged on their original hinges. We rebuild the frame, realign the pair, fit stainless hardware and new rollers, and hang the replacement door the association and the product approval both allow.

THE LISTALL DONEEvery one of these is a regular Jupiter morning for a Kaminskiy-certified technician from our West Palm Beach office. One list, one call.

We answer in under three rings and get you priced and scheduled in minutes.

A clear, written quote with upfront pricing. You approve before work begins.

Kaminskiy-certified pros finish the job with a workmanship warranty.
Every job is backed in writing by our workmanship warranty and done by a Kaminskiy-certified, background checked technician.
Ocean, Intracoastal and Loxahatchee lots with salt in the air, docks, decks and wide sliders facing the water. Hardware pits, paint lets go on the water side first, sills and dock boards rot at the ends, and much of the ground sits in a flood zone where a large job has its own rules. The list here is sliders, hardware, sills, trim and the dock, and the fix is stainless parts, sealed end grain and sills reset to drain.
Block homes from the 1970s and 1980s between US-1 and I-95 with wood fascia, original door frames, carports and forty years of gutters. Fascia rots behind the overflow, garage jambs crumble at the slab, builder sliders drag, and the drywall cracks over the doors every summer. We rebuild the boards, replace the rollers and the jamb bottoms and fix the gutter end that caused it.
Communities from the 1990s on with front porches, pergolas, foam trim and impact doors, all in associations with strict design standards. Porch posts and pergola beams go soft, heavy doors sag on their hinges, multipoint locks stop catching, and the association expects an exact match. We photograph the profile and the color, match both and put the materials in writing for the form.
Salt and water, from three directions. The ocean, the inlet and the river keep the air wet and salty, so hardware corrodes faster here than anywhere else in the county, sand grinds the slider tracks, and the afternoon rain from May to October never lets fascia or a dock board dry. None of it is dramatic; all of it is cheaper this season than next.
Doors, sliders, drywall, trim, fences, decks, docks steps, rot, caulk, screens and the small list are ours. Electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and roofing are licensed trades in Florida and anything structural is an engineer's call, so we name them on the call and tell you who to call. The licensed pest company treats the termites; we rebuild what they ate.
Describe the job or text a photo and most Jupiter repairs are priced on the call, in writing, before anything goes on the calendar. A rebuilt frame, a run of dock boards or a bath refresh gets a look first and a written scope. You approve, then we start.
Half of Jupiter leaves for the summer. We do the open-up list in the fall, sliders freed, hardware swapped, screens, caulk, the door that swelled while nobody was home, and the close-up list in the spring, shutter tracks cleared and anchors checked, from photos and a lockbox when you are not here, with pictures when it is finished.
The sticking door, the drywall hole, the gate that drags. Call or text it over and we price it on the call, in writing.
Hinges, strikes, weatherstrip, anchors, compound, fasteners and the common parts ride on the truck, so one visit usually clears the list.
Anything that needs opening a wall, rebuilding a frame or matching a finish gets a look and a written price before we start.
We tidy up, walk you through what was done, and the one-year workmanship warranty is in writing.
There is no handyman license in Florida. The state calls anyone paid to repair or improve a structure a contractor, exempts only casual, minor work under a set small amount, and keeps structural work, roofing, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical for state-licensed contractors, with the county certifying the specialty trades. Kaminskiy Care and Repair is bonded and insured, its technicians Kaminskiy-certified and background checked; we work the carpentry, sliders, drywall, decks, rot and finish side of your list and send the licensed trades to the right license.
The Town of Jupiter publishes its own list of work that needs no permit, and it starts with replacement or repair under a set value, or more with the building official's permission, as long as the work does not touch the structure, the fire rating or the way out of the house; painting and finish work are on the list too. A rehung slider, a patched wall, a sill or a fascia board is that kind of repair. A replacement exterior door, re-siding a wall or a rebuild into framing is permitted work, and we check with the town before a bigger job. We do not promise the 2026 state exemption, which the county holds does not apply here.
Much of waterfront Jupiter sits in a special flood hazard area, where the town counts the cost of work on a house against the point where the whole house must meet today's flood rules; a handyman repair is nowhere near that line, but a large job is, and we say so on the call. Oceanfront lots east of the state coastal construction line answer to the state as well as the town. A replacement exterior door needs a permit and a Florida or Miami-Dade product approval, with any glass impact-rated or behind an approved shutter, so we check the approval and the size before you order.
Half an hour up I-95. Your Jupiter crew dispatches from our West Palm Beach office on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, about half an hour south, so most calls are on the calendar within days. Call 561-220-5884, text a photo, or send the form. The whole county is on our West Palm Beach handyman page.

Call 561-220-5884Our office on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard is about half an hour south on I-95. We answer in under three rings, price most repairs on the call and usually have a technician at the house within days; a seasonal home can be handled from photos and a lockbox.
Tell us the list or text a photo and the price comes back in writing before anything is scheduled; there is no mystery fee at the door. A rebuilt frame, a run of dock boards or a bathroom item gets a look first and a written scope.
Yes, that is the most common Jupiter call. We lift the panel, replace the rollers, clean and true the track, swap the pitted hardware for stainless and reseal the sill so the next summer does not undo it.
Florida has no handyman license and reserves electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, roofing and structural work for state-licensed contractors, which we send to the right license and tell you who to call. The carpentry, sliders, drywall, decks, rot and finish work are ours: bonded, insured, Kaminskiy-certified technicians, one-year workmanship warranty in writing.
Usually not: the town's own list puts repair and replacement under a set value, with the building official's okay above it, outside the permit as long as the structure is untouched, and painting needs none. A replacement exterior door, new siding or a rebuild into framing is permitted work, and on a flood-zone lot a big job has extra rules; we tell you which on the call.
Yes. Send the list and a photo of anything that worries you, leave a lockbox code, and the sliders, hardware, screens, caulk and the door that swelled over the summer are done before you land, with pictures of the finished work.
