The leak found when the family comes back for the season, the townhome wall after the neighbor's water, the ceiling under an upstairs bath, knob holes and cracks: patched, knockdown matched, primed. Written price first.

Wellington fills up in November and empties in April, and Kaminskiy Care and Repair repairs the drywall its houses show when the family comes back: the ceiling under a bath that dripped through the summer in a Palm Beach Polo villa, the wall behind an ice maker line in an Olympia two-story, the shared wall in a Village Walk townhome after the neighbor's water heater, the humidity stain along the bottom of a block wall in Sugar Pond Manor, the knob hole from a houseguest, the anchor holes a seasonal tenant left behind. Soft board comes out, new board goes in, every seam is taped, three coats are sanded flat, the knockdown is matched to the weight the builder used, the repair is primed for the association color. The source is fixed and the board metered dry before any drywall goes in. The price is in writing on the call from our West Palm Beach office, and most patches are finished in one visit.
Eight repairs, one crew, priced in writing before we start.
Wellington drywall has two calendars. In season the calls are the knob hole, the picture-wall anchors and the crack over the slider; off season they are the leak nobody was home to hear, found when the house is opened in November. Both end the same way: dry, sound board, taped seams, three coats, knockdown matched on a test board, primer, and the association color over it.

Kaminskiy-certified pros finish the job with a workmanship warranty.
Every drywall repair carries our one-year workmanship warranty, in writing, and is done by a Kaminskiy-certified, background checked technician.
A quarter of Wellington is somewhere else from May to October, and a house closed up for the summer hides its water: a supply hose, an ice maker line, a shower pan, an AC drain line clogged with algae. By November the ceiling has a ring and the wall behind the refrigerator is soft, and in a closed house with the air set to 80 the drywall has had months to grow what nobody wants. The plumber or the AC company fixes the source, a dry-out company or a meter gets the cavity dry, and we replace the board after. A wall that sat wet for months is a licensed mold remediation company's call first, and we tell you that on the phone.
Palm Beach Polo, Aero Club, Sugar Pond Manor and Palm Beach Little Ranches were finished in the 1970s and 1980s with orange peel on half-inch board and sprayed ceilings that a licensed lab tests before anyone sands them; Olympia, Village Walk, Black Diamond and the Isles carry knockdown from the 1990s on, and the equestrian estates run smooth or a light skip trowel in the main rooms. Matching knockdown is the splatter size, the wait and the knife width; matching smooth is a wider feather, an extra coat and a check in raking light. Our technicians test on a scrap board first, every time.
Village Walk, the Isles and the other townhome communities put two homes on one wall, and water from the unit next door or above shows up on your side. The source is fixed first, by the neighbor's plumber or the association, and the board has to read dry on the meter before new drywall goes in. We repair your side of the wall or ceiling, match the finish and prime it, and write the scope on its own line so the association and both adjusters can read it; who pays is the documents' business, not ours.
A hole smaller than your hand is a backed patch; bigger than your hand and smaller than a laptop, a paper patch; poster-sized, a framed backer and a new section; a soaked run behind an appliance or a stained ceiling section, a full sheet screwed to the furring or the studs with every seam taped. Three coats, sanding, texture and primer are the same on all four, and a tall entry over eight feet is priced on the call after a look.
Estate homes on acre lots, many occupied only in season, with smooth and skip-trowel finishes that forgive nothing, tall ceilings priced after a look, and the summer leak found in November. Drywall in a barn tack room or a groom's apartment is patched the same way; the barn's structure is not our lane. The finish is checked in raking light before primer.
Block homes and villas from the 1970s and 1980s with furring strips, orange peel, sprayed ceilings from before 1980 that get tested before anyone touches them, and forty years of air handlers and roof flashings. The humidity stain at the baseboard, the ceiling ring under the closet, the wall the plumber opened, and fifty years of patches to match. Painted surfaces in a pre-1978 house are handled lead-safe by an EPA-certified crew.
Gated communities from the 1990s on with knockdown throughout, two-story townhomes with a shared wall, second-floor laundries over the family room, settling cracks at the window corners in the first years, and the village's architectural review on the outside only. The knob hole, the washer hose, the move-out wall, knockdown matched and primed for the approved color.
East on Forest Hill the same crew covers the county from our West Palm Beach office; the West Palm Beach drywall repair page explains the county permit rule, the block-wall humidity story and the claim paperwork in plain words.
Hold your hand over the damage and tell us: smaller than your hand, bigger than your hand, poster-sized, or a whole sheet. We price it on the call, in writing, in under ten minutes.
Water damage is repaired after the source is fixed. If the stain is still wet we tell you who fixes the leak, and we schedule the drywall for when it is dry.
Backing where it needs it, new board cut to fit, every seam taped, three coats of compound sanded smooth, your texture matched, then primer.
Dust contained and the room left clean. Most patches are finished in one visit; a full sheet may need a short second visit for the final coat, scheduled before we leave.
Under the code Wellington enforces, painting, papering and similar finish work need no permit and an ordinary minor repair can be done with the building official's approval and none, as long as no wall, partition or load-bearing support is cut; a drywall patch, a replaced sheet or a ceiling repair in an existing wall is that. The village says the new state exemption only removes permits for the small non-trade projects it never permitted anyway, reviews each request in a few business days and rules out flood hazard property, so we promise nothing from it. A new opening, a removed wall or framing is a permit, and we say so before the job.
A house found wet in November raises the two questions a Florida adjuster asks first: was the discharge sudden, and was the home maintained. A hose or an ice maker line that let go is usually the sudden kind a homeowner policy covers, often under its own water deductible; months of standing water and a condensate line nobody cleared can read as neglect, which the regulator lists among the usual exclusions, and mold is a separate limit on most policies. We do not argue the claim; we photograph the wall with the date before the dry-out, keep the drywall scope on its own line beside the plumber's and the dry-out company's, and replace the board only when it reads dry.
In a Wellington condo, Florida's condominium statute puts the building as originally installed, drywall included, under the association's policy and the paint and wall coverings on the owner, and the declaration decides the rest; in a townhome the HOA documents do the same job. We repair your side after the source is fixed and write the scope for the board. The village keeps an architectural review board for the outside of the house and the associations want the crew registered at the gate; interior drywall needs neither a form nor a review, and the repair leaves primed for the approved color.

Call 561-220-5884Phones are answered in under three rings, and the crew comes east on Forest Hill from our West Palm Beach office, usually within days. The price is in writing on the call; most patches are finished in one visit, and a full sheet or a ceiling section may need a short second visit for the final coat.
The plumber or the AC company fixes the source, the cavity dries and reads dry on a meter, then we come: the soft drywall and the wet insulation behind it come out, new board goes in, taped, three coats, knockdown and primer. If the wall sat wet for months a licensed mold remediation company looks first, and we say so on the first call.
The drywall on your side is yours and we repair it after the source next door is fixed and the board reads dry. The wall itself and the neighbor's water are the HOA documents' and the two insurers' business; we write the scope on its own line so they can read it.
Yes, and it takes more than a patch on a textured wall: a wider feather, an extra coat and a check in raking light before primer, because the afternoon light through a tall window shows every edge. Knockdown in Olympia and the Isles is matched on a test board on the same visit.
Textured, primed and paint-ready. Our painting crew can finish the room on the same call, in the association color if there is one; if your own painter is coming, the primer is already on.
Quantity first, because a seasonal house can have three rooms of damage: hand-sized, poster-sized or a whole sheet, and how many. Then water, the finish to match and the ceiling height. A photo by text gets a written number before the visit is booked.
Yes, by the room. Up to fifteen nail, screw and anchor holes in a room is one menu item: anchors pulled, every hole filled flush, textured and primed for the turnover paint. More rooms are priced on the same call.
All of the Village of Wellington, including Palm Beach Point, Grand Prix Village, Saddle Trail Park, Palm Beach Polo, Aero Club, Sugar Pond Manor, Olympia, Village Walk and the Isles, plus Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee Groves, Greenacres and Lake Worth. Call 561-220-5884 and we confirm the lot.
Tell us what the wall or ceiling looks like, or text us a photo. We'll call you back with a price and a time. Calling is still the fastest way: 561-220-5884.
