“Excellent work by Yevigeny! Repaired sliding door (new rollers) and adjusted the screen. The whole process was easy, I'll be using them again.”

“I called Kaminskiy Repairs to fix my front door, which wasn’t closing flush with the frame so that hot or cold air, depending on the season, we’re coming in and my deadbolt didn’t operate correctly.”

“Rubin came over and had my problem with the water leaking from the dishwasher fixed by 11 a.m. I really appreciate that you took care of my problem so promptly. Thanks again.”

“A note of thanks goes to you and your staff, and specifically, to Ruben. Steve and I are so impressed with Ruben’s professionalism and keen skills. He was on time, very polite and helpful in his explanation of what he intended to do to solve the leak problem. In addition, Ruben took extra time to answer all our questions. He provided excellent service in not only finding the source of the water leak, but fixing the problem……..beautifully !! The wall and window area looks perfect, as do the deck tiles he removed and replaced. Our sincerest ‘thank you’ to Ruben for a job well done. We do so appreciate all he did to help us. And we also appreciate the quick response from you and Sheryl. We had a few calls in to other contractors, but your professional way of helping us so quickly made the decision to choose Kaminskiy easy. You took the time to explain the process of starting the project, and gave me a sense that all would be ok. We intend to look no further if we ever need help in the future !! Again, our sincerest thank you for helping us through the water leak crisis.”

“I have used Kaminskiy on two occasions. I would rate your company a 5 out of 5 on both. Last December I had to have my entire kitchen floor replaced and other restorations done due to water damage. Ruben did the work and was so devoted to getting everything done well and in a timely manner. He did a great job. The latest job also involved water… entering my living room through the sliding doors. Alfie did the work and was very skillful. He took care of the problem…..there was no leakage after the last bout of rain. In both cases they came right on time and were very nice and respectful. I will use your company again and would recommend Kaminskiy to anyone. Thank you for your service.”

“Kris did excellent work to replace a cabinet bottom that had warped due to water exposure. He was quick, diligent, and thorough and kept me appraised of progress. The final result fully met our needs, and Kris left the work area clean and neat.”

“What a great experience starting with Gino, Estimating Manager who listened to my plans for an outdoor closet/she shed! He seemed to easily envision my vision and suggest other things to consider.”

“Recently, my neighbors were employing Kaminskiy to construct a room addition on their home. As the preparation for the concrete foundation and floor was progressing, I asked Sergei, the General Manager, if their company could give me a good price on a concrete project at our home. We wanted the 600+ square foot area along our driveway and side of our home prepared and the concrete poured in conjunction with the neighbors concrete work, if possible. In less than 24 hours Kaminskiy gave us an acceptable quote and immediately removed our old sidewalk, fence, ground cover and many roots. Ramon and his son Vincient did a marvelous, final job in preparing the area, installing the four drains and the final wooden forms for the concrete. The next day the concrete was poured and George and the concrete crew did a magnificent piece of concrete work in a matter of hours. This concrete work is something I had wanted to do for at least ten years and like magic, Kaminskiy and Sergei and their fine crews had it done in a matter of days. We are very pleased with the final product. The broom finished concrete looks perfect, the drains work wonderfully in our recent deluge of rain and we are very happy with the final results.”

“Hello Kaminskiy, I would like to tell you how pleased I am with Alex and Allen’s skills. They work HARD and don’t eat lunch until 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. They get the work done and then let me know when they are leaving and when they come back to give it the finishing touch. Alex washed my old bricks that I put at the edge of the house frame to keep my dog ball from going under the house and put them back exactly where I put them. He cleans up where the concrete has gone astray. He even washes the broom and everything else to make it look better than when he arrived in the morning. They did a GREAT JOB! I also like the fact that he guards his tools by asking me to close the alley way gate when he leaves for a lunch. There are young people who walk the alley way and look hard at what is inside the property. He asked me several questions how I want the stairs by size and looks and does exactly that. That means a lot to me. He keeps me informed coming and going. He is a very serious about his work and it shows. I am well satisfied with his performance of his work. I hope that you give him some recognition.”

“Kaminskiy did extensive work on our house to prepare it for selling. The work included painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, replacing the grout on bathroom tiles and kitchen counters, stripping and retaining kitchen cabinets, replacing drywall, and repairing/replacing miscellaneous minor items throughout the house. Everything that the team did for us was done well. They were meticulous in all of their work, cleaned up after them, and were polite and friendly (even to the pets). Thanks to their efforts, our house looked great and we received half-a-dozen offers in a matter of days.”
