Spend one immersive day meeting department heads, getting hands‑on with our tech stack, and visiting a live job site.

Final Approval & Signing

Once both sides agree, you sign the Franchise Agreement, wire the franchise fee, and lock in your exclusive 10‑year territory.

Pre‑Launch Kickoff

Receive your welcome kit, get access to our CRM & training portal, and meet your Launch Coach for marketing, hiring, and equipment setup.

Training & Grand Opening

Training week typically starts 30‑45 days post‑signing—finalize funding, wrap your vehicle, and prepare for your grand opening.

Depends on your state. A GC or specialty license is required in many states (e.g., CA, FL, NY, WA). Some also mandate plumbing/electrical licenses or documented field experience. We confirm requirements during your Intro Call.

Yes—up to two decision‑makers may attend so all key stakeholders can evaluate the opportunity together.

We hold a territory for 14 days after you receive the FDD. If you haven’t moved forward by then, it reopens to other candidates.
