“Recently, my neighbors were employing Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling. to construct a room addition on their home. As the preparation for the concrete foundation and floor was progressing, I asked Sergei, the General Manager, if their company could give me a good price on a concrete project at our home. We wanted the 600+ square foot area along our driveway and side of our home prepared and the concrete poured in conjunction with the neighbors concrete work, if possible. In less than 24 hours Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling. gave us an acceptable quote and immediately removed our old sidewalk, fence, ground cover and many roots. Ramon and his son Vincient did a marvelous, final job in preparing the area, installing the four drains and the final wooden forms for the concrete. The next day the concrete was poured and George and the concrete crew did a magnificent piece of concrete work in a matter of hours. This concrete work is something I had wanted to do for at least ten years and like magic, the Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling and Sergei and their fine crews had in done in a matter of days. We are very pleased with the final product. The broom finished concrete looks perfect, the drains work wonderfully in our recent deluge of rain and we are very happy with the final results.”

My partner Rhonda and I are both senior citizens who decided to invest some comfort into our Ranch Bernardo condo. We engaged a local contractor who installed a walk-in shower, along with new mirrors and cabinets. The contractor did a good job and the price was competitive. We called the old contractor three times, with the intent of soliciting a bid on our kitchen. Apparently the contractor was too busy, or thought the calls concerned some very minor outstanding work, in any event we never heard from him again. I went ahead and requested bids from three contractors (picked randomly from the phone book) There was no contest, the first and second bids were fair, but lacked that something “extra” people want from a vendor. Sergei Kaminskiy of Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling has that ” extra something” we were looking for. Sergei came prepared with a beautiful portfolio of kitchen cabinets. He went into detail as to the quality of material we could expect, and his price was below what we expected. Among the many things that impressed us was Sergei’s polite attentive manner and his thorough knowledge of his business. When you meet him, you will understand what I am trying to convey. Did I tell you that Rhonda is a retired school teacher, and presently tutors SAT and English composition. Also Rhonda is a perfectionist and a “neat freak”. I am a retired oil field Design and Remodeling worker; I performed Project Management on the Alaska Pipeline and worked in several Middle Eastern countries. Together, we are a tough team to please. Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling changed all that. Their crew was polite, hard working, and met Rhonda’s addiction to neatness and cleanliness. The job was completed on time, despite the fact, that we ordered additional painting and electrical work. Rhonda complied a formidable punch list of items only her eagle eye could see. Sergei ordered his crew to correct every tiny item to Rhonda’s satisfaction. As for me, I was very impressed with the quality of work. We invite anyone interested to see our kitchen of which we are very proud. Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling gave me the opportunity to design my dinner table. Sergei is such a nice man! I had no idea what to do, but I think it came out pretty good. We have been looking for a table for years. There was always something wrong, to long, to low and it would hit my legs, just something. (I am in a wheel chair) I never thought to design my own table, for one thing, we could NEVER afford it. His guys kicked butt, I am so proud of them and so honored. He didn’t have to do this, but he has a huge heart. That just let’s you know that there ARE people out there with hearts. We thank them so much from the bottom of our hearts. I’m still amazed; it’s just beautiful and even better in person. I have to let you know that everything that he said he would do, he did. VERY rare when it comes to Design and Remodeling. “Hello Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling, I would like to tell you how pleased I am with Alex and Allen’s skills. They work HARD and don’t eat lunch until 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. They get the work done and then let me know when they are leaving and when they come back to give it the finishing touch. Alex washed my old bricks that I put at the edge of the house frame to keep my dog ball from going under the house and put them back exactly where I put them. He cleans up where the concrete has gone astray. He even washes the broom and everything else to make it look better than when he arrived in the morning. They did a GREAT JOB! I also like the fact that he guards his tools by asking me to close the alley way gate when he leaves for a lunch. There are young people who walk the alley way and look hard at what is inside the property. He asked me several questions how I want the stairs by size and looks and does exactly that. That means a lot to me. He keeps me informed coming and going. He is a very serious about his work and it shows. I am well satisfied with his performance of his work.
