Upon moving in, we had an outdated kitchen, standard flooring, boring wall color, and no custom features, to say the least. Now what we have is our dream home. “Recently, my neighbors were employing Kaminskiy to construct a room addition on their home. As the preparation for the concrete foundation and floor was progressing, I asked Sergei, the General Manager, if their company could give me a good price on a concrete project at our home. We wanted the 600+ square foot area along our driveway and side of our home prepared and the concrete poured in conjunction with the neighbors concrete work, if possible. In less than 24 hours Kaminskiy gave us an acceptable quote and immediately removed our old sidewalk, fence, ground cover and many roots. Ramon and his son Vincient did a marvelous, final job in preparing the area, installing the four drains and the final wooden forms for the concrete. The next day the concrete was poured and George and the concrete crew did a magnificent piece of concrete work in a matter of hours. This concrete work is something I had wanted to do for at least ten years and like magic, Kaminskiy and Sergei and their fine crews had it done in a matter of days. We are very pleased with the final product. The broom finished concrete looks perfect, the drains work wonderfully in our recent deluge of rain and we are very happy with the final results.”

“Hello Kaminskiy, I would like to tell you how pleased I am with Alex and Allen’s skills. They work HARD and don’t eat lunch until 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. They get the work done and then let me know when they are leaving and when they come back to give it the finishing touch. Alex washed my old bricks that I put at the edge of the house frame to keep my dog ball from going under the house and put them back exactly where I put them. He cleans up where the concrete has gone astray. He even washes the broom and everything else to make it look better than when he arrived in the morning. They did a GREAT JOB! I also like the fact that he guards his tools by asking me to close the alley way gate when he leaves for a lunch. There are young people who walk the alley way and look hard at what is inside the property. He asked me several questions how I want the stairs by size and looks and does exactly that. That means a lot to me. He keeps me informed coming and going. He is a very serious about his work and it shows. I am well satisfied with his performance of his work.
